I recently started using this app. I came across it accidentally, but like it quite a bit. I also us another app for getting my rebates. Good app & the products change in Ive noticed weekly or so. dpetunia29

Do NOT waste your time attempting to use this app!!! Every submission I did got denied for some b-s reason.... Try the ibotta app.... I dont coupon and Ive made $155 in 4 months with ibotta... Btw I am forced to give this savings star app one star which is one too many!

Not as good as others but still like the rebates.

Ive been using Savings Star for about a year and its been great! Yes the latest update has slowed things down but the rebates on everyday products is great. Ive had issues but customer service tries there best and I understand it takes time to get back to hundreds of people. At the end of the day my complaints are corrected and my money is credited. What more can a person want? Thanks Savings Star! The app has improved greatly and making money back is easy, Ive made at least $200 this year alone!

I like being able to activate items, go to the store, buy it, and get credit a few days later. I like not having to upload a receipt. My biggest problem is that I dont use a majority of the offers.

Update 11/2016: STILL the only app that I have trouble getting clear photos with. I have Consistent issues with "unreadable" receipts, = not getting rebate *and* their slow processing. The One or many offers are MANY offers, requiring many purchases of one product, which is misleading. Additionally, the offers rarely change. --> As soon as I cash out the next time I will delete this app. There are many better rebate apps available such as Ibotta and Mobisave.

Great way to save on groceries & make money too

The savings are ok. Several hoops to go through before savings are granted. Each savings has to be unlocked before it can be used. I find myself uploading the same receipt several times because of purchasing items which were not officially unlocked and realizing it after the fact.

Quickly becoming one of my favorite money saving apps! The "one or many" choices are great and this app actually has products I use.

Love this app... I would like to see more "e gift card" options some day.

The products arent typically used by my household. I also miss the Free Friday offers. I wish you could link more loyalty cards to it. CVS is the only one that works in our area. Its the same offers over and over. I use it with Ibotta and Checkout 51.

This app doesnt want to work for me and hasnt since the bug fix. The scanner wont work to verify my items. It will work when I check if the product qualifies but when I get down to the last part it wont scan

Its just too hard to use. Im deleting it now

Pretty good app! Just wish the approval process was a tad bit faster...Just a tad! Other than that, pretty good!

Great way to save a little extra money. I wish I could unlink one of my cards. Sometimes I just dont have time to use it during shopping trip and would like to input receipt afterwards.

I purchased at separate times Angel Soft tissue to receive $5 credit. It would show my purchases and then suddenly I needed $5 more. I purchased another pack and where did my other purchases go. They said it was my receipts were not perfect. Tired and not wasting any more time on multiple purchases.

The use of the app has been fine. After signing up and adding the stores that I shop, I dont think there is an easier app to use. I simply activate the coupons I think I will need, shop, and be sure to use my loyalty card at checkout. It seems that simple and so far has been. The problem is that many of the coupons are not ones that I would use often, and there are so few coupons to choose from compared to Ibotta and checkout 51 (unless Im missing something, which I really hope I am). The rebates are also smaller, so it may take some time to accumulate enough to pay out. Sticking with it though. Every penny counts!

I love this app amongst the other rebate apps I have. I had an issue with a rebate and it kept rejecting my receipt, I was credited the amount anyway. Cause of the trouble. Big plus!!! Only thing I would like to see is more rebates and more stores otherwise great app to use.
