Okay, but had issues with multiple purchases

I purchased at separate times Angel Soft tissue to receive $5 credit. It would show my purchases and then suddenly I needed $5 more. I purchased another pack and where did my other purchases go. They said it was my receipts were not perfect. Tired and not wasting any more time on multiple purchases.
