I LOVE THE IBOTTA THE BEAT!! I dont like that you have to choose it before you buy the item in this app! I sometimes purchase items while Im shopping that wasnt planned. I dont have the time to go in the app while Im in the store. I take care of rebates and scanning at home. Also, the one time I did try this app it wouldnt let me scan my items. LOVE Ibotta the best!!

Great app with great offers. Easy to use and understand

Terrible customer service and not as easy to use as others. Ibotta is far better. Theyd learn some things if they modeled after that app.

This app is a complete waste of time. Almost every receipt gets denied because they cant read it. The pictures are taken with excellent lighting and are crystal clear but they keep refusing the rebates on valid products at stores listed on their site. Example: One deal they had was to spend $20 on cheese and get $4 back. It can be cumulative. Tried all five of my receipts and not one was considered readable by the company. Even though all receipts were readable and the exact product they were all denied. Definitely not worth your time.

This app never has any good rebates unless you are planning on spending $15-30 on one type of product.

Customer service was great just slow. The app is easy to use.

The app is okay. Sometimes the scanner does not work. It also needs more products.

The ease of use makes this one of my favorite apps! I spend a lot of time using coupons, dont want to spend equal time doing rebates.

Get lots of money back for simply buying products linked to your card. No receipts to upload or take pics of, easy and great.

Offers are getting better and better, easy to fill with everyday products used in our home. Love the lower reimbursement minimum and payout is quick! One of my favorites for cash back!

Dont miss out on this app! Its great and what I love the most is you can cash out with the first $5 and it works great and super easy!! I do my shopping and upload my receipts and the savings add up and accumulate!! Highly recommended but I wish it had more selections and variety of rebates!!

This is the third time I have submitted a valid receipt with the exact item(s) described. It os so frustrating to buy a product due to savings and not receive them. Will be uninstalling dont waste your time or money

Worst app in the world

They have a lot of rebates I use on a regular basis and its easy to redeem. Did have an issue with them not giving me credit for a rebate before it expired, but I emailed customer service, and they corrected the issue for me. So good so far. I just wish they would add more gift card options during redemption of funds. Overall a good app.

I use SS quite a bit and only occasionally have some trouble with the scanner. If it isnt wanting to scan an item I try a different one and then go back to the other and it usually works. You have to make sure to have good light on the barcode without glare. Otherwise its easy to use and I appreciate the $ I am able to get back!
