SavingStar - Grocery Savings App Reviews

Works as advertised. They made many improvements which have been helpful. I would like to see more selection of foods we actually buy. A lot of junk food is available, but since we dont purchase it, we rarely save anything.

Easy to use and very helpful with saving money on things you already buy!!

Im not sure why my receipt was not accepted. I havent received a response back from customer service. I received confirmation that my receipt was not accepted. I havent received a response to explain. So far this app still has not helped. I have used checkout 51 and Ibotta and they have been amazing!!

Finally they have the interface working well. Saving Star has been fun for the kids to mess with while we shop and it saves us money. I recommend.

Terrible customer service, very slow. Rebates from stores with cards rarely work. Upc scanner for receipt stores is super annoying, it barely works. Im deleting this app, I tried but its just too hard to use

App is easier to use. Have ro keep track of redemptions as they dont always appear in my account. Usually customer service is helpful and the account is credited.

This app is extremely easy to use. It is very helpful when you dont clip coupons and saves you money!

Nice program to earn money just for buying

I love that most of your loyalty cards can be put in. No receipts to keep up with then. Sometimes it does seem to take forever for credits to post . However it does say up to 22 days. Love how the new app shows your progress toward a goal. Example : Save $5 when you spend $20 . Love the savings bar that it now shows!!

Easy to use. Luv the freebies❗️ The Starz are certainly aligned. Many choices. Cash back❗️ Only concern is having to buy minimum $20 to redeem some offers

Im giving 4 out of 5 stars because you have to scan products and pictures of receipts for some stores. Easy cash payouts are nice though! Takes awhile for my grocery store purchases to be uploaded and credited but thats probably my grocery stores fault.

I love this app because it is easy to use and many different offer!!!!

Ive been using saving star for 4 months. I find it to be a pain to scan all the items. I also have had no luck submitting receipts and getting rebates. My suggestion would be to eliminate the need to scan the items since you will be submitting a picture of the receipt.

I gave it a 4 because it is such a pain to scan and I want easy! I do most of my shopping at two stores and I have the cards from the stores. I also opened up the Savings Star charge. I just expect easy I guess. The money is nice but it has taken me over a year to get $27.

So easy to use, especially if your card has been loaded already! Look at the offers, purchase then look at the savings in a few days

Wow Savingstar pays very quickly now also has a good variety of offers

When I tap to open the app just the SavingStar logo comes up and nothing loads. Please fix!

Love this app. Use it every time I shop if I can.

Only used this a couple of times. Mainly because there arent many offers, compared with other apps out there and doesnt always allow you to submit receipts for items purchased.
