Everything about this app is slow. Slow to load, slow to submit, slow communication from customer service, and slow redemption, if they honor your receipt submission.

I love using the SavingStar ap when I shop. Not only am I saving money, but it makes shopping enjoyable again, less of a chore, but instead like a game or a challenge. And they are very prompt with crediting saving to my acct. I cant wait to see what next week brings.

Easy to use! And even easier to save! Love the app! Only reason I gave it 4 stars verses 5, is that theres sometimes difficulty with scanning items (wont scan) need to scan multiple times. Also with some stores, it may take a few days to get your savings. Still overall a great app!

Usually dont have any trouble, but The scanner is not working so I cant scan my recent purchases. Waiting to hear from support, hope my time doesnt run out!

I have been using for a while now and have been happy with the app! I have noticed that with one store in particular it takes longer for saving to show in account but for the most part its been pretty prompt! I recommend it to everyone!

I have sooo much trouble getting products to scan! I usually have to have my children do it! This is frustrating to me!! I do like the app for saving money though! Its just hard to scan!

Nice to save money, but trying to add items (i.e., smart ones) and then finding out they arent in the system is ANNOYING. I bought the creamy cool whip, and it didnt count.

It is an amazing app that will save you hundreds of dollars. There are different products that are offered for savings. This is a great way to help your family budget last longer than normal. And cash out is easy and can go directly to your bank account.

Like the app. I have a lot it trouble getting my receipts verified. I wait usually 10-14 days then I will get a response of your purchase does not qualify. Frequently contacting customer support and get results from them!

Is a great way to save money . Easy to do and pay out starts at $5

Love this app. It helped money though its not alot but atleast it save little bucks. I truly reccommended this app.
