I have been using this app for over a year. Tie it to a Saving Star American Express and get 10 percent for buying grocery items at store. Many times the camera on your phone may not work as efficiently. I had an old iOS 4 phone and recently upgraded and things are much easier ! Customer service is there but can you imagine checking and deciphering somebody elses cash register receipts. I have had some issues before and all were resolved. It is tied to cvs also. I also buy on line going through saving star and have saved so very much. This is at Walmart, Best Buy, Home Depot and hundreds of others. It is just not groceries. So check it out carefully. I did not use it before because I did not have enough practice. Be patient. You do get the monies. I put in my PayPal account and it helped me with my taxes as I am on a fixed income.
